I know it's good for long baths but what if I want to use it in the shower? Is that possible? Thanks in advance.

  1. Epsom salt gives benefit for joint pains and other rheumatic pains when used in warm water and body soaked in it for a period of time.  Shower cannot bestow that benefit.

  2. Yes you can, but to what use. The skin has to absorb the salt and that would be pretty hard mission to accomplish.

  3. Nope.  Not possible at all.  If you do, your head might explode.  Simple physics.

  4. VB, I disagree with the other answer, you most soak in a tub of water for epsom salts to work effectivley on the sore, sprained, whatever the ach, you need to soak it , the shower will just wash off like soap.
