Can I use H&R Block online to amend a 2006 tax return?

I am having to amend a 2006 tax return for income I earned in Korea because somehow my 2555 didn't make it in to them and they didn't give me the exclusion. They have told me to fill out another 2555 and 1040 with a 1040X for 2006, and I want to make sure I'm doing it right. Can the HRB online service help me?

Yes, but you would need to know what you are doing.  It appears that you were unable to file the IRS form 2555 correctly in the first place.  Perhaps a little professional assistance is called for.  Doing this correctly could save you a great deal of tax

FYI:  Processing of Form 1040X is taking up to 16 weeks to process.

FYI:  you can't file on-line you must mail the Form 1040X amended tax return to IRS to appropriate mailing address. and if you are due a refund it will "only" be mailed not direct deposit.
