Can I use Imesh with my Ipod Legally?

I mean it is free after all right? V. 6 of Imesh? RIAA accepted? So does that mean i can put it in my ipod free of charge and legally? And yea i know how to convert it to Mp3 . Please can any one tell me ?

if it is free music it is illegal and you can be sued and fined. yikes my advice is just use itunes

Then it's slightly legal. Downloading music for free is still illegal. No matter what. You can put it on your iPod for as free as you downloaded it.
