Can I use Sevin on my trees if I just used Malithion?

I'm having a bug problem on the trees in my yard and used Malithion 2 days ago. The extension agent told me to use Sevin. Will it be safe for the trees to use Sevin this shortly after using Malithion or should I wait (if so how long)? Thanks for any help

what kind of bug problem?.... you're using some potent stuff there, and ONE should have been plenty.....( I have a terrible feeling you're after Japanese beetles and if so, you're wasting your time, and money and polluting your yard with an un-necessary use of pesticide.....)
