Can I use USPS (United States Postal Service) Media Mail for Shipping Tubes (About 30 " long and 2.5" diameter

There are many restrictions when using media mail. I need to ship posters in shipping tubes (2.5 diameter by 30"). Is this okay to use for this service? Thanks

if im correct yes you can use tubes to ship posters. i believe that i have seen shipping tubes at the p.o. things get shipped everyday using the tubes.....ive seen them b4 in the mail trucks that run thru the neighborhoods.
