Can I use a 2-line phone with a conferance call button to connect 10 callers to the same audio program?

We have a meeting with a sound system, and ones who can't attend in person call in to listen over their speaker phone. Right now 3-way calling is used and many calls get dropped so I wondered if a different phone would be more efficient.

with 3 way calling on both lines, in conference mode the most callers you can connect is 4...

if each of those 4 callers activate 3 way calling before calling into your lines, then 8 people can be on the line.. and so on...

a better solution would be to use an internet application. If the audio is one way, then perhaps use shoutcast and stream the audio online. If you need a more interactive conference then you can either set up a voice bridge with your local phone company, or use a service like skype
