If you pay for the item on July 20, then yes, they have to honor the coupon. Unless it has a stipulation on it that says something like, "does not apply to back orders" or something similar.

If you only order the item and don't pay for it by the 20th, then no they don't have to honor it when the item comes in.

yes because you are paying for the bill before the actual experiation date.  if you dont know for sure just go to the store and try it
