With regard to WiFi, it doesn't actually cause interference with modern aircraft, but it may with others. Mobile phone signals have just been allowed by the EU but only on certain aircraft and subject to airline rules. You should therefore turn it off unless your airline expressly allows wireless devices.

In flight, you can use it, but you're not supposed to use any of the wifi features that send signals to outside sources. You probably can use it and get away with it, since nobody will know that you're on the internet and it will just look like you're playing a game, but you could get in big legal trouble if you did get caught, so I'd say its not worth the risk.

Turn the wifi signal off and you should be able to use it, except during takeoff and landing. You can turn it on when the flight attendants tell you to, but you must turn it off when they tell you to as well..

When the plane is at cruising altitude, you can, but I would not use the chat feature (turn off the wifi).

Not during take off or landing, but it should be fine as long as you turn the WI-fi off (I think it interferes with the plane). You might want to double check with your airline to be sure.

I think the signals wont interfere at all. like if you have a laptop and the wireless reciever signals...they dont interfere. you can use it..
