I have an Olympus E-410, and do not have enough DSLR knowledge to figure out for myself if i can join these two lenses together. If this is possible, would i then get the equivalent of what would be referred to as "30X" zoom-range in a Point and Shoot ? (3x10). Best answer will be given for straight answers "Yes, you can combine them" / "No" and if the calculus i made regarding zoom rage is correct. Thanx.

  1. Even if there is an adapter made for it, it would be unwise to combined them, it won't work for that type. You can get a converter that will multiply it to 2x, 3x, or higher.

They are built to fit the camera only not with each other.

  2. No. You can only use one lens at a time. If you need more focal length you'll have to either buy a longer lens or an Olympus teleconverter.

  3. Mathematically you can combine them. Physically, no you cannot.
