Yes. However, you have to take the phone to a store that will unlock the phone for it to work on all gsm networks. A wireless store or possibly Best Buy. I wouldn't go to the T-Mobile store, but research a wireless store near you that buys and sells used cell phones. They can unlock it for you. You might not be able to buy ringtones or have data plans from T-Mobile because it is an ATT phone. But maybe unlocking it will allow you to at least have an internet plan.
