I will be leaving from LAX I THINK.

i don't want it to be taken away while in line!

  1. yeah i did when i was on a plane no reason you cant lol but turn it of when you take off or it will cause the plane problems:P jk. maybe.

  2. Listen to what the pilot and attendants say on the PA system. Generally, on land you can always listen to your iPod, but they usually ask for you to turn it off when the plane is rising for a few 10-20 minutes. Afterwards, they should come on the PA system and tell you that you may use the electronics again. Likewise, when the plane is about to land, an announcement usually comes on telling you to please turn off your electronics until landing.

    Hope this helps.

  3. Well I know that last time I got on an airplane, which was like 2 years ago, they did allow it. But you know, time has passed, and now you even have to put your toothpaste and stuff in a bag and all that c**p.. so umm you might need to call the airlines.

  4. yeah you can.

  5. yeah, just wait until the pilot or whoever says "it is safe to use electronics" or something along those lines.

have a safe flight, hope your class goes well.

  6. yes

  7. Yes, you can.  Just make sure you keep it off when the plane sets off until the fasten seatbelts sign goes off and when the plane starts to land (when they tell you to turn off all electronics) and until the plane has safely landed and come to a full stop.

  8. yeah

  9. yea you can.

  10. yeah best way to get the answer is to just call, i believe there are only certain times during the flight that electronic devices are not permitted, people use laptops so l dont think an ipod would be a problem, thier mostly concerned about devices that send or recieve a signal ie, anything wireless ,internet and cell phones

  11. yup you can use it when you are in air and they tell you it is safe to use electronics

  12. Itouch and IPhone should have an airplane mode. Other models will be fine, but the Flight Attendants will whine at you until you leave the ground.

  13. Ipods and music players are aloud on the plane. Although they just have to be turned off before take up. Once airborn it is ok to listen to them. Cell phones arnt aloud though. Have funn!

  14. yeah. i take my ipod on every plane trip i go on and its never a problem

  15. ya u can just wait 4 take off

  17. yes you can..

I did when i was on the plane..

But my ear hurts so much

That i didn't even bother listening to music on the plane..

Especially the flight from Los angeles to Houston TX

  18. Of course you can!

  19. i flew from columbus, ohio to charleston, north carolina and i listened to my ipod the whole time. well they do ask you to turn it off when they take off and land but when they are in the air they will tell you that you can listen to it. the pilot will get on the loud speaker and tell you when you can and can not use it. and you wont get stopped in the airport. i didnt. happy traveling!
