Can I use an unverified credit card on paypal?

I recently added a credit card to my paypal account but it isn't yet verified. Can I still use this credit card without verification?

The answer is, maybe...  A lot of times it depends on how much you are attempting to send.  I would just recommend going ahead and attempting to make the payment.  If it rejects the payment then you just wait 2 days until your card is verified, and if its successful, you get your order two days earlier.
