Can I use and where to get used horse supplies?

I am in SK and am wondering about grooming supplies. Is it ok to buy used stuff? Where is a good place to get it? I have heard at horse auctions, does anyone know where in SK one is?

Yes it is all righ to use used supplies, that how most people get there horses. Look in horse publishing, books and magazine. Add in feed or/and tack stores.
