Can I use ant spray on carpet?

Ants are coming into my bedroom through a small hole between the carpet and wall. Every time I go in my room there are more on my bed. I want to be able to kill them as soon as possible, but all I have is Raid ant and roach killer and Orange Guard home pest control. Can I use either of them on carpet? I'm guessing not, so what are some other ways to kill ants fast that won't ruin carpets?

it won't wreck the carpet. so spray away, just make sure no pets go sniffing around the sprayed area.
