Can I use bleach on a mix of polyester and cotton?

I'm sure this happenned to you as well. You get a new white bra and first wash it comes out pink!

It's 65% polyester 35% cotton.

I'm afraid it will turn yellow if I use bleach.

It is not advisable to use bleach as it may just turn it yellow, your best bet is to re-wash it and put some stain remover in with it, the liquid one is best.

It will turn yellow and you will not be able to get the yellow out.  It is Permanent. And it is a horrible yellow at that.....
