Can I use car spray paint on ceramic wall tiles ?

Question

As in spraying stencil`s over the tiles.

Would the paint stick to the tiles?

As long as it not in the tub/shower area. I stenciled and painted white tiles for a border on the bathroom wall and then sprayed with clear laquer. They have been there for 7 years now and still look good. Try it!

If you've got the glazed ceramic which is extremely slippery, then no the paint won't stick.  What will probably happen is that it will stick to the grout between the tiles but not the tile itself.

Maybe for a while but it would come off eventually, you would need some pretty special paint to do a good permanent job,
