Can I use cider vinegar as a substitute for normal vinegar to remove cat pee smell?

I'm pretty sure it will...And when I have used the reg vinegar, I also wet a paper towel, ring it out so it's still damp, and lay that over the pee on the carpet and let it stay till the towel dries out.

Try Odo Ban it works great at removing the odor. You can purchase it at WalMart or grocery stores. It really works! There is also Natures Miracle which works well also.
