Can I use elemental hero prisma's effect to send elemental hero neos alius to my graveyard?

In other words, does neos alius count as "elemental hero neos" in the deck?

yes it does i have 4 copis od slius it counts asneos u can use it to fuse

no you cannot. neos alius doesent gain his effect until you activate it while its on the feild. in the deck, on the feild(unless effect is activated), in the graveyard(same as before), and the removed from play zone, it is treated as neos alius.

no it has its own name in the deck and is only treated as neos when its on the field and you summoned it again
