Yes, as long as it has not gotten damp and stuck together, airtight in a jar, is okay.. Old spices just loose some of their flavor, but don't spoil.

You can use seasoning after they've expired. Most people don't usually check the dates on that sort of stuff. The thing is though, the flavor is different than what it should be. It's not as potent in other words. I use mine all the time because have you seen the prices on seasonings!! LOL
