  1. Easy, just coat the brick surface to be cemented with the gorilla glue and spay the other surface that will contact the brick with water. The water will activate the gorilla glue and slightly expand and your brick will be permanently set in place.

  2. Two part epoxy is used for boat repair. It is cheaper, thicker, and probably more waterproof. You could spread the epoxy on both surfaces, the building and the back of the brick and then fill in the joint with mortar, you can get the colorants at a brick/ mortar supply house to match if you need a colored motar.  Some Epoxy that I've recently purchased was $10 for two containers of 8 oz each.  They get mixed together and set up in 15 min.  I've had wood doors come apart when using gorilla glue and it's expensive and not thick enough..

  3. if its the top course take the time and fix it right...chisel off mortar and mix a little fresh mortar in a bucket and re-lay it...

  4. Rgkrx  You could use gorilla glue to secure one a brick that is loose .  If I had only one I would use Caulk adhesive, vinyl cement, or Liquid nails.  The vinyl cement will be your best option.  The Gorilla glue is very expensive.

    Good Luck
