I't not possible to disinfect the r****m. If you have an infection you should see your doctor & the treatment will vary depending on the type of infection you have. If you just want to wash it out and you are not having any symptoms of illness or pain, you can buy an over the counter e***a.

It's called hand sanitizer, because it's for hands.  I don't even want to think about the burning that hand sanitizer would cause in 'other uses'

if you're trying to medically sterlilize it, cleanign it out with a massive dump triggered by a suppository or an e***a is what you're looking for.

If you just want to be clean, take a shower.

Why would you want to do that?

The r****m is full of germs all the time--you cannot get rid of them.

If this is about anal s*x then you need to get some disposable enemas from the chemist.
