  1. If you mean the peel-n-stick variety, I don't see why not.  Make sure the wall is clean and flat (no raised s***w holes, etc).  My only concern would be slippage.  I would start at the bottom, brace something heavy up against it (flush), then work your way upward.

They can have a variety of uses, I suppose.  I used them to cover a bathroom counter top during a low budget make-over.  I had extra tiles and an ugly vanity.

  2. u could, but why

  3. As I usually do I'll answer this "Can I?" Q with,,,Certainly. Why you might want to is a mystery, but it's your place.

I am always baffled by seeing LINO questions, wondering if it still exists, WHY???

Certainly the adhesive used can be the same as one would use on a floor, and you should expect damage to the substrate if you ever choose to remove it. Actually, for a more rapid, cleaner application I have a suggestion.

When I'm asked to install peel and stick, which I try to shy away from. I use a water based contact cement. DuPont manufactures a brand of it. What I buy is a light aqua color, the consistency of milk, brushes on easily, drys more rapidly than lacquer based, is as effective, and initially cleans up with water.

While I don't understand at all why anyone would want to,,, yes you can.

    Just my two "sense"

  4. You probably can but you'll need a different adhesive than that used for floors.

    Removal will damage the sheetrock.

  5. I would think so. actually I was thinking about the very same thing the other day while cleaning my walls underneath cabinets
