  1. I do not think that there is any restriction on the use of the EZPASS. Why would they bother? As long as they get their toll money.

What I know is that in Florida you can only use an EZPASS or Sunpass with the car it is registered for, because it takes a picture of your license plate and matches it with the one on record when you pass through. But I guess you can add a car to your account if you are planning on riding with this friend often or sharing it. If not, just pay the toll.

    "6.6 Under no circumstance may a Transponder be used in a vehicle that has not been registered as an authorized vehicle for the User’s Prepaid Account. The vehicle and its unique license plate must be associated to the User’s account information. A vehicle may not be listed on more than one Prepaid Account. "

  3. technically you are suppose to use it for the vehicle it is registered too. But most likely they wont catch you
