Can I use my PO box in the delivery address ?

I want to ship a wholesale products from china and a want to put my PO box as my delivery address is that ok ? and what's the diffrenet if i put my FedEx or UPS address ?

I know that UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, and i would guess that FedEx won't either.
