Can I use my Wii with a special iPod display?

I bought some Vuzix iWear glasses that are made specifically for iPod, but my brother was telling me its possible to use them as an extra display. I tried Vuzix website but found nothing. The thing is, it only has the iPod multi-connector dock and a USB passthrough (for alternante power), so what I need is some way to get that multi-connector adaptor that would put a vga or s video on the other end.

  1. I don't know if it's possible but I have hooked my wii up to a set of i-glasses (very expensive virtual head display system) and it was so hard to play a game. My head was all over the place and realizing that the screen was staying in one place. It was really annoying. PLEASE just trust me it's not worth looking for for a way to do it.

  2. I second Kyle but if your reallllly determined....

Find the pin-outs for the iPod dock connector (probably can find at pinouts.ru) and find out which one is the video out. Then match it to the ones in the dock plug on the glasses and find out which wires are which (Requires hacking apart the glasses plug) Then with some insane soldering skills or wire splicing skills you would be able to connect a Yellow composite connector.

Once again, Kyle is right! Videogames were designed with the intention that they were to be played on a TV. My oppinion is that videogames aren't ready for virtual reality, and neither are our brains. Kyle's experience is a prime example of our brains fighting technology.
