Can I use my brothers VZW upgrade?

This is my dilemma. I got the LG Chocolate 1 a little over one year ago and so did my mom. My brother and dad got the LG VX8600 at the same time. My LG chocolate broke a few months later and Verizon sent me another one. It is now time for an upgrade and my mom/dad/brother are eligible next week to upgrade but I have to wait till november because I got a new LG chocolate later then them. My dad/mom want to use their upgrades to get the LG Dare and so do I. My brother is happy with his phone and doesnt want to use his upgrade.

So my question is. If I go into the VZW store with my mom and dad can they ask the salesperson to use my brothers upgrade for my line?

btw we already have the nationwide plan needed for the Dare

Yes, just explain that to Verizon and they will allow you to do so.  My friend did the same thing about a year ago.
