  1. No, you may not.

    The Canadian Electricity (from the plugs) comes out at 120 volts of Electricity, whereas the Indonesian electricity plugs come out at 220 volts of electricty.  Yes, a higher voltage will ruin your electronics.  There are many things you can do to prevent the higher voltage from ruining your electronics.  If you're planning to stay for awhile in indonesia, you can buy indonesian electronics.  I believe there was this product that allows you to convert 220 volts of electricty to 120 volts (search it up on the internet, or ask at your nearest walmart/costco/pcrichards/radioshack/etc... for details on it.  Also, apparently on the web page i visited (in the sources below) says the indonesian electricity is unstable (i don't know if that's the case, but i'm sure of the 220).  Again, this may be a thing to ask one of the electronics stores around your area.

    I hope your trip (i believe its a trip!) to indonesia will be pleasant, and that you may find ways to use your electronics.
