Can I use my copy of Green Card at Port of Entry while entering into USA after my business trip?

No, you will need the real thing.  Green Cards get scanned at the port of entry, they cannot scan the copy.  If you lost it or it got stolen, notify the Immigration immediately.

You can try but it might be risky as they always ask for my original green card whenever I return to the States after overseas travel.
