  1. Urine as a fertilizer??? No, it has ammonia in it that will kill anything growing. Why do you think yards with dogs have yellow spots everywhere?

  2. No

  3. Bob Flowerdew of BBC4's Gardener's Question Time panel takes great delight in recommending its use on a compost heap. Contrary to what some contributors have said, urine does have fertiliser benefits, containing much nitrogenous matter in the shape of urea. Farmers actually apply artificially produced urea to the land as a slow release nitrogenous fertiliser.

The only time it is inadvisable is if you have an infection and are being prescribed antibiotics or other drugs by your doctor.

    Specimen please !

  4. An old uncle of mine used it with great effect as a fertilizer for tomatoes - dilute it at least 4 parts water to one part urine.

  5. yes you can dilute it first and pour it on the earth as some plants are tender this will burn the leaves if you have a compost bin pour it into your bin

  6. BAD Idea...!!

  7. No....youll kill them and yuk.

  8. Urine is not fertilizer. Solid waste is however.
