Can I use my quest card in Puerto Rico?

I am moving to Puerto Rico I applied for food stamps here I am going to get when my social worker finish with all the paper work almost 700 hundred but I can spend that in a month. I am going to puerto rico in april can i use that food stamp card there if anyone had an idea please let me know thanks

Not  exactly...Puerto rico  has  the  same  Food Stamps program  but it works  different.

They have  their  own debit food stamp card....

No, you can't. It is only allowed to be used in your state. You can apply for some type of help in PR, but it won't even be half that amount if you get anything.
