Can I use my social security to fly out of state?

Because I lost my student ID, and my passport's been like 2years out of date and needs to be renewed. Please and Thank you.

no you need a picture I'D you may be able to used your old passport if it look like you you can get a state  ID from the Secretary of  State

You have to have a state issued ID to fly, if your talking in the country and you MUST have a passport to fly out of the country. Your social security card will not be accepted as a form of identification at the airport.
