My factory installed ATI Radeon X1950 card fan burned out, and I cannot find a fan online or in stores that will fit into the round heatsink hole in my ATI Card, so I wanted to get a PCI Slot Fan to plug in to the PCI slot next to it, would this be sufficient enough cooling for it though to play good 3d performance games?

  1. No it will overheat. You need a Approved Heatsink from ATI.

  2. if you take the fan out of the heatsink you will find a number on it and a name maybe made by ADDA google the number of it and you should be able to find one, once you find that number go to the link below and enter the part number in and see if they have one.you could go to the second they are some replacement heat sinks and coolers for you video.the third link is of one that should fit your video card the ATI Radeon x1950
