Can I use "fly baggage service" from my home country to my Swiss destination and pick it up after 48 hrs?

my airline supports the "fly baggage service" flying into Zurich. I want to book the baggage to Zermatt and pick it up after 24-48 hours of arriving in Zurich (as I will get to Zermatt the long way around, via Chur and the Glacier Express)
