  1. According to Googlr "Duplicate content on a site is not grounds for action on that site unless it appears that the intent of the duplicate content is to be deceptive and manipulate search engine results. If your site suffers from duplicate content issues, and you don't follow the advice listed above, we do a good job of choosing a version of the content to show in our search results."

For me i don't think that this is duplication as i did that usually when publishing my articles, the idea here is to not the search engine choose which pages to index. You may also try to hide part of your content when publishing to other websites.

  2. It is allowed but will be seen as duplicate content and will hurt both articles in the search engines. If you don't care about your organic rankings than by all means. If this is a concern change the title and a sentence in each paragraph and you have a brand new article.

  3. It's allowed but not recommended because the search engines may see it as duplicate or irrelavent material. If you are trying to improve your page rank or get backlinks, submitting the same article to more than one site won't help.

    Hope this helps.

  4. I recommend you change a bit the content of the article when you submit it to the second article site. Search engines don't like duplicate content. If you want more free traffic ideas check out http://internetmarketingreporting.com and read a couple of posts.
