Can I use spagnum moss to grow mushrooms in? Can I use a bark mix to grow mushrooms in?

I would guess not- sphagnum has it's own properties that make it rather difficult for most things to grow in it. Probably depends what kind of bark you are planning to use, and what kind of mushrooms that you want to grow...
