  1. Termites and ants are different, but you should most likely read the label to see it it does. If not, you should get some Raid or something like that.

  2. A product called TERRO can be bought at most hardware stores. It is a thick syrup that you put on small pieces of cardboard. It works really well and takes very little. Good luck.

  3. Yes it will work just spray it on the outside foundation 3foot up and 3foot out and give it some time to work, it should help. It depends on what type of pesticide you bought. Phantom can be used inside or out. Termidor can be used outside. check the label.

  4. OK, BEFORE you use a pesticide try to find the source of your ant party.  What is attracting them to your table?  Spilled soda that left its sugary substance on the surface?  A subtle substance the ants can sense but you can't?

Totally clean your table, inside and out.  Let it dry and see if ants come back.  If they do, locate their route of travel and note where and how they enter your house. If ants still come back after thoroughly cleaning your table, then apply a pesticide that is labeled for ant use and only apply it where ants are known to travel.

Because pesticides are toxic chemicals, it is always dangerous to apply them inside the house, especially if small children or pets live with you.  READ THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY!!!

If your ex (if you have one) visits often, then that's another subject...
