Can I use the group to upload images that are copyrighted?

Question

I want to start a group for taggers and for others to come in a requests these tags... they are copyright images that have been purchased and are allowed to be used in groups. can I use these here, also what about scrap links that are free to use in groups as well can we provide the links to my members?

you can use them, but would have to be prepared to show proof you had permission to post them any where on the net and even then with yahoo- one complaint can get a group deleted-
