Can I use this as a down payment?

Ok i am looking to get a new car. I have a bad credit score and so does my wife(500) they say we need at least 1000 down payment. would a rebate of 2000 cover that down payment? or does it have to be actual monies out of our pocket?

Auto finance is what I do for a living and if your talking about a manufacturers rebate then yes that will count as your down payment.

Unless your approval is from Drive Financial they are the only Special Finance lender that actually requires real cash from the customers.
