I bought some fragrance oils to make like homemade body stuff. It says do not contact with eyes or skin, so can i use it. I know this sounds stupid but can I

Test it on a section 1x1 inch of skin. And do keep away from eyes.

Try a test patch on your skin.  See what happens!

Fragrance oils are just perfume (not to be confused with essential oils) You are probably better off burning them or using them on pot porrie
