Basically, I used a friend's I-pass and I got missed tollway violations. I don't know if I can use her I-pass to begin with and whether it is an argument to cancel the violation. I-pass was registered under her license plate and we were driving my car (different license plate on the violation). The toll was not deducted from the I-pass.

  1. NO.. you can not used her I-PASS with your vehicle.  It won't allow it and she will get a penalty for miss used and you will get the charges due plus the ticket.
