Can I verify my Paypal account and lift my withdrawal limit without a credit card or current account (U.K)?

I don't have any plastic whatsoever, but I need urgently to verify my Paypal account. I can't get a current account, which means that I can't get a credit card either.. Can I verify with a savings account and lift my withdrawal limit?

  2. Yes, IF you have a Debit Card linked to the savings a/c

    PayPay uses on-line computer controlled Credit / Debit Card transactions for all charges to/from you ... they don't care about your account type SO LONG as you have card numbers that can be used to charge costs / make payments to the account ..
