  1. No. First of all, Sony only allows the PSP 32mb of Ram or Internal Memory. This is why if you try to play YouTube videos on your PSP it won't work. Most of the time you will get an error that looks like the following.

    Conserve Memory

Goto your toolbar, click on settings, and goto ConserveMemory.

This doesn't do much though. PDF files are mostly read by Acrobat Reader for the pc. The only way you can open .exe files on your psp is if you have homebrew. This is only developed for Firmware 1.50. NOT 1.51 OR OVER THAT!

After version 1.50, Sony realized that homebrew was being designed and didn't want and part in it, LEGALLY. So they created an internal code not allowing .exe,.pbp,or eboot files to be allowed to run. This causes an outrage in most because after 1.5 Sony released the web browser from NetFront. Even though it allows flash version 6 on their, nobody cares. Everyone wants to watch YouTube Videos (Flash v.9). That's when things become difficult.

    No way is pdf possible.

YouTube is though, its called PSPTube.

    Check it out!

  2. Not directly. There is an online pdf viewer at http://www.sanface.com/cgi-bin/webpdfvie...

Goto this site, it will ask you for the pdf you have on your PSP, upload it to the site and it will convert it and display to you. Unfortunately you need an internet connection for this. Homebrew may have a pdf viewer in it, but I'm not sure. Sony are releasing a keyboard for PSP next year, and hopefully they will add a text editor and pdf viewer of some sort, hopefully.
