Can I view TV shows on a Treo?

I am thinking of getting a Treo or some other smartphone and want to know if you can watch TV shows via web sites like abc.com or nbc.com using the Treo? I want to watch them while commuting on the train to work.

I know with a windows mobile Treo(or any Windows mobile device) 700w/wx 750 and 500 you can with flash and a few software add ons but last I check it would be hard to with a Palm based Treo or Centro.

You can also do it with a Nokia S60 based device, i.e. N and E series devices. And you can also do it with blackberry devices.
