Can I view someones comments if I'm not friends with them?

I want to view someones comments but I don't want them to know, so can I?

Yeah you can! If the person's profile isn't set to PRIVATE. The person won't find out who went through his or her profile.

Yes you can, assuming their page is not private. Just view their page and the comments will be on there. If there page is private, they must add you as a friend.
