Hello everybody ! I am here in USA on a 10 years multiple entries B1/B2 visa. Came last year in November and two months before my six months stay expired I applied for an extension .My extension application was accepted and now I am in pending, waiting status until my case is resolved.Question is : can I travel to Canada (Niagara falls) for 2 days with friends and family residing here and come back to USA without risking anything ( I have touristic canadian visa also ) considering that I am still in pending status ???.Please, only serious and considerate answers, eventual with past experiences.Dont't tell me "Call USCIS" ,because I've done that ....Thank you sooo much !!
