Can I visit the Foshay Tower in Minneapolis?

I am passing through Minneapolis St Paul, Minnesota in a couple of weeks' time. I have an old guide book which describes the Foshay Tower as the first skyscrapr in MSP. Is the Foshay Tower still open for visitors to the lobby? Can viistors ascend to the observation deck? Thanks.

I live in Minneapolis & yes the answer to your question is yes.  There is lots of stuff to do here. Have fun!
