Can I visit the United States while studying in Canada? I am an Indian Citizen.?

I am an Indian citizen. I am currently on F-1 status in the US and I am moving to Canada for Graduate School. I have a sister here in the US whom I would like to visit periodically, while in Canada. Does the US Consul in Montreal allow Indian citizens to apply for temporary visitor's visas to enter the US for short visits? If yes how difficult is it to get a visa.

Yes you can visit the United States. You also can live there while you studying in canda. xD

It's not difficult and it's a multiply entry visa as well. Well at least for permanent residents
