Can I watch Rugby World Cup on TV in India?

I am a Rugby loving Aussie living in Mumbai, India. Is it possible for me to watch Rugby World Cup on TV in India?

I'm in the same boat - I'm a kiwi and will be in Kolkata for the rugby world cup. I've learned that neosports are televising the matches in India. Where I'm staying they have espn, ten, star sports etc, but not neosports, which has me worried. Apparently you can download all matches from the official RWC website after 24 hrs.
