Can I watch the DVD that I burned using Express Burn software on a regular DVD player?

Burned DVD thru Express Burn software. Possible to watch using portable DVD player?

If you encoded the video files correctly to play on DVD and burnt as a .dvd, then yes. Although I've had troubles in the past with aspect ratios messing up and poor quality. Although if your source files had a decent bit rate you should be safe.
