  1. I think it will look great.

You will stand out but not in a bad way.

You will blend with the blue.

Trust me, I know you will get a lot of nice compliments.

    Good Luck and Congratulations.

  2. You will look fine. It is your day!

  3. Of course that's okay!  White is traditionally the bridal color, no matter what other colors you have.

Our colors were royal blue and cream (with green and gold accents) and I wore a white dress (bridesmaids wore royal blue). Everything looked great and I guarantee no one will even notice! They'll be too busy looking at YOU!

  4. I think it will look absolutely beautiful. The ancient Romans thought of white as a color of joy (the whole purity thing didn't come about 'til the Victorian era), and that's exactly what your wedding day should be. A day of absolute joy!

My wedding colors were blue, red, and silver, but we had gold colored napkins, and I wore a white dress, and my hubby wore his kilt, and his family's tartan has 7 different colors in it, and he wore a brass torque.

While the matching of everything in the wedding is traditional, the bride is supposed to stand out, and you shouldn't blend in with anything! You are going to look absolutely beautiful, trust me.

Congratulations, and may the two of you have many happy years together!

  5. I'm no expert, but I know what I like, and when I imagine you in a white dress with a blue sash among a background with blue and cream, I see a lovely deam. Go for it!

And I wish you and your lucky spouse a long life and much happiness.

  6. I think the cream of everything else will really make your dress pop.  It sounds lovely.

  7. it will look good- trust me =)

my wedding dress was cream and everything else was white (so i had the opposite problem)

but in ALL my wedding photos my dress looked white...

  8. No it won't look horrible. First of all you're the bride. You can stand on your head in a thong and no one will say anything because it's your day. Second, you're supposed to look unique and radiant and if white works for your skin tone, then why would you change and risk looking less fantastic than you should? If you're really concerned I know there are some people who dye their dresses, but I've heard some horror stories so beware.

  9. It will be fine.

  10. No, it will be fine.

Remember that everything does not have to be matchy, matchy.  It will still look lovely, if bride is in white.

  11. The white dress will be stunning against the cream and blues.

  12. that is ok!
